Problem with ordering online

I placed two orders at the same time. I only received one confirmation email. I looked and looked and could not find a phone number. I ended up chatting. I was told there was a system glitched and i would not be getting a confirmation email! I still dont know if my second order was processed. I am now going to have to contact the bank to check to see if my account was charged. Would not recommend anyone ordering on line.

The lady that assisted me with my order was very professional and resourceful. I ended up receiving the wrong order and she corrected the error and allowed me to keep the product that was shipped to me. I love the products and the customer service I have received through this company.

My $300 order was delivered to the wrong address and the company couldn’t get their useless delivery company, Veho, to pick up the order and deliver it to my address.

After calling the customer service 3 times and speaking with the Philippines, I got no where. I will never order from the Lululemon online site again

My name susiani from Indonesia. I bought jun 5 in washingtone square Rain Rebel Jacket WLDB no 14632**** transaction no 108468 store 10744 amounted usd 228. When I went to tulalip jun 6 and go to the lulu lemon store. I Saw the same item but the price only usd 149. I am very very disapointed with this case. Why the sale product still sale in washingyon store with the normal price. I want lulu lemon can give my money back for the different. I have the photo for the product with usd 149 and the same product with usd 228.. Please help me. Thanks and regarda Susiani

I didn’t receive my order

Lululemon has no live customer service that I could reach. I started a chat and then I was sent to another location where I needed to give my payment card info and pay $1.00 to see if I could get an answer. I will never order from this company again(first and last time)!!!

Terrible experience with customer service and some staff. Also material is cheap rip pretty quickly and very itchy. The company charge double for cheap stuff. Well not all of us are that stupid. Scam

I ordered a belt bag on June 11th, after not receiving the package for about a month a called to get a refund. It has now been 3 weeks since then with no refund. I am highly disappointed and will never be ordering from you again. Tried called customer service 3 times and no answer.
