I bought the leggings for my daughter last year from lululemon in Markville mall location and the leggings are ripped from the legs and I try to exchange it but they didnt help me so I called the customer service and they send me the email and I will send it back the pictures of leggings thanks.

On 12/20/23, I went in person to the Lululemon store in Santa Barbara (store #10181) to purchase several gift cards that I would then give out as Christmas presents. I was charged a total of $350 on my credit card which consisted of cards totaling $100, $100, and $150. I was later informed by one of the persons who I gifted a card to, that the card had never contained a balance and they were unable to purchase what they were very much looking forward to purchasing. I then had to take time out of my day to go to the store and meet the person who I gave the card to in order to show an employee the original receipt of purchase. I was informed that the number on the card I gifted (x6454) did not match the number on the receipt (x6485). I asked to speak to a manager (I was told their name is Laura) and one was not present. The employee who "completed" my transaction was also not present, and I was not given a name based on the description I gave. I was additionally informed by the employee (Stephanie) that I would have to call Lululemon over the phone to have the situation remedied, which meant me going out of my way, yet again. When I called Lululemon, I was told that I would receive an e-card in my email, which is yet another inconvenience because the person I gifted the card to does not have an email, so this would mean that this person would have to be present with me in order to use this "card", although they live several hours from where I live. I called on 12/27/2023 and was told that I would receive the funds in my email two days later. It is now 01/05/2024 and I have not received said email/funds. The experience has been extremely unprofessional and a huge embarrassment for me: I should not have to be in a situation where I have to explain why there is no balance on a gift card as the person I gifted the credit card to is checking out their items. One would assume that Lululemon is a reputable business, but my experience has made me think otherwise.

I came to return 3 things bought in August and the store associate Zekayla wouldnt let me return because the purchase was past 30 days. I told her that I wasnt aware the 30 days mark and is it ok I get a store credit instead of full refund to my original payment? She said no and its the company policy. I asked her to show me the policy, she printed a paper policy for me and as I was reading it, it states we are happy to provide a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase date. I turned to her to show her that it didnt state clothes cant be return to get store credit or store gift card after 30 days though, she insisted theres nothing can be done. I asked to see the store manager, she told me that would be her. I asked her to write down her name and store number so I can make a call to customer service since she is the store manager, and then she said Im not store manager. So right on spot, she lied to me so she could get out of the situation. I told her she just literally said she was the store manager and then she kept saying she never said that. I asked her to pull the camera video and go back to review if she is lying but she said no. I turned to show the customers behind me the policy and the fact she was lying, Zekayla didnt like that and she asked me to leave because I was causing a scene for her. Wow, what a poor store associate who treated customer like that. And whats worse is that other store associates just stood there said nothing.

Complaint on a Lululemon store manager.

I visited the Lululemon store in Westfield valley fair in Stevens Creek Blvd. San Jose ca. on Thursday, Feb. 22nd at around 7:30 pm ... Everything was going fine ... Until I tried a couple of leggings, but then got a phone call so I returned the leggings and proceeded to walk outside ... As I'm approaching the door the evening "manager" which she didn't identify herself ... And she wouldn't tell me her name ( female , curly brown hair , about 5"7" in her possibly in her mid- late 20's) came running behind me and confronted me about some "missing leggings" . I was very offended and confused, especially because I enjoy shopping and visiting this location. I told her to go ahead and look in my bags , which she refused but continue to accuse me of taking some leggings. So then I now take my bag to the register and I open up my bags in front of her and show her what I have inside my bags to prove to her that she was wrong and she just continued to say that I was guilty of taking some leggings and she was doing this in front of other customers which made me feel very humiliated and made me feel like I was being called a criminal. And yes , I yelled because I was completely offended, embarrassed, and humiliated, she then proceeded to grab my bags and throw them out the door ... Which that store was full of customers... And I was flabbergasted, shocked, embarrassed, humiliated... And Ihad no choice to gather my belongings from the floor She then proceeded to telll me I was banned and security were on their way, I was very hurt upset and embarrassed so I had no choice but to leave with a broken spirit.This very traumatic experience can't be overlooked, especially because it can happen to another innocent customer. I've never had a bad experience at this location until this incident. I just hope she gets retrained , or demoted if she can't act accordingly as a manager should . I would just like for her to be held responsible for her actions . Please take consideration of this so we can all enjoy a chaotic free Lululemon experience. Please resolve this situation asap... So no one is put in this horrible experience I endured ... Thank you for your time .

Led to believe full refund on we made too much.

I dont live anywhere near a store. I called lululemon to clarify that I could return we too much with a full refund. I was told if I have an account in which I do that that was not a problem. I then ordered in several items keeping over half and then wanting to return the rest for a full refund. I explained to Woman on the phone I had no way of coming in to try them on. I dont have a store thats anywhere near me. I explained to her that I was led to believe that it was not a problem. They repeatedly reminded me that theres nothing they can do. They couldnt even make one exception for a customer that spent over $600 in less than a month.

Fraudulent charge & Poor Customer Service

Contacted them in Dec to resolve card expiration issue. They added a deleted card, which I promptly told them to remove and asked for a manager.

They never contacted me. Issue still existed in Feb, so they gave me a Jan and Feb credit to give them time to resolve. They charged the deleted card in Feb fraudulently and I stopped payment. They sent an email on March 11 asking about the issue and saying my account could be if I didnt do 1 of 2 things.

I explained how I had a credit for Feb and they fraudulently charged a card that I did not authorize them to use and should have been deleted in June 23. I have called and emailed them daily and they have not responded and when I call they just say well let them know to get back to you.

Oh, and they suspended my account on March 11. I have every email from Dec to present, so Ill be sending this to the Corporate office.

Caleb was not only very helpful but felt like he really wanted to fix my concern. Although my chances for what I wanted were 50/50 (since it was about a gift card)The fact that he was genuinely helpful and cared made me want to continue to shop with lululemon, now in days customer service is everything.

I purchased two pairs of blissifull running trainers in a apace of a few days. Either pair fit right so i decided to return both shoes , but no refund was done .I called the company twice , first time they knowledge one pair received and promised a refund . second pair that was returned at the same time it shows as if the return was cancelled and it is a lie . They never refunded me for either item and pair cost me 158 dollars plus tax and it came to 170.64 cents .How can such a wealth company rob people like me ?

Package arrived in a dirty, deformed shipping bag. Upon opening the package, the product wasn't even wrapped and was soiled during transport. Couldn't you have shipped this in a box? Unfortunately, the item was white and prone to the elements. Why wasn't it in a plastic sleeve?! This was supposed to be a gift but the handling was terrible!! Whoever packed my order did not care for my item. Even the custom message was incorrect. How does this happen? Not worth the amount I paid for the condition it was shipped in and the quality of the service and product. Never buying from Lululemon. Overpriced and hype.

I had a charge that was the same money as my other one except it showed Washington not Canada. The charge was also one day apart. I had contacted lululemon and although the charges were pending, when I checked the next day charge was gone. Confused but definitely not a pissed customer.

Lululemon pants incorrectly/pooly hemmed resulting in too short of pants.

Hi there, I am a guest of the Lululemon Southgate Mall Store, I brought my Nior pants to the Southgate store to utilize the complimentary hemming services. My pants were pinned in-store, and I was emailed the work order. I returned to pick up my pants once I was notified that the hemming was complete, however upon trying them on, they were cut/hemmed far too short and now my pants are unwearable. I have tried calling the Southgate Store multiple times since then to ask what can be done, but they do not answer their phone and it automatically goes to voicemail. I have left 4 messages in 4 days however no one has returned my calls. I am reaching out to you for help in this situation and to assist me in fixing this problem. Thank you very much
