The best was on sale, but not the jacket? Why?
I tried to use my email address as a loyal Lululemon customer but apparently, if you are a frequent customer, there are no savings.
Apparently, only new customers receive discounts! My email address is used by your company every week and yet, no discount codes are sent to me.
Preferred solution: Price reduction

Expensive products bad customer service.
Havent had chance to exchange my leggings because 1 month has passed since purchase. This is totally not ok for products that are brand new and never been used.
Kids are buying clothes but I will never ever again.
I will suggest them not to buy this product again. Bad customer service, they totally not care about customers.

Logo tarnished and not as was does not look good anymore would know why it tarnished does not look as a good

When I received my package from Amazon, I opened the package from your company. The items that were in there were not in the secure plastic from the company.
The clothing was not neat.
I also requested a special birthday note which was not included. I was not overall satisfied with what I received.
Ok yesterday I returned 2 items wrong color was sent the 800 # where I placed order didn’t listen I said white. 3 times. Returned at store in Naples were very helpful, kind, nice to me but then I am.
800 ordered wrong color I didnt know exactly what I was ordering. It was wrong.
I find Lulu styles are boring nothing on sale ever! Too many different kinds and names of tights and cant rebuy yrs later same product.
ATHLETA much better c/s helpful, great sales, styles much better always changing. Bought a lot this trip!
Pleased! Still pricey but sake helped 30% off.

I was charged $637.91 at 8:50 PM on September 08, 2024, for an online purchase made on Lululemon using a Visa credit card. My account was fraudulently charged; I have never shopped at Lululemon in my life and I was charged for something I didn't purchase.
Preferred solution: Full refund
Either talk to me or my ATTORNEY , discrimination cannot continue to happen with this brand, all of you other subsidiaries are ok, but this one seeks understanding,, it’s hurtful.
This person that I spoke with was a general manager of the store, but prior to that I spoke with someone else and she said that she was a manager as well. Now when I spoke with the second so-called manager, she would not even tell me who was the first person that she called herself a manager she wouldnt tell me what her position was, but the whole thing was discrimination right from the beginning.
I am really sick and tired of this.
Ive read several other reviews with Lululemon and its an ongoing prejudice, discrimination thing across-the-board something needs to be done. They didnt ask me what they could do to make things better, to come back into the store, no accommodations whatsoever

I bought the leggings for my daughter last year from lululemon in Markville mall location and the leggings are ripped from the legs and I try to exchange it but they didnt help me so I called the customer service and they send me the email and I will send it back the pictures of leggings thanks.

I feel like I pay for a premium product with Lululemon and get terrible customer service. I actually wouldn't ever buy anything from Lulu again if I hadn't received a gift card.
Last time, they wouldn't let me return a pair of pants that didn't fit after a sales associate in-store told me I could wear them once and return them for the size I needed. Then, on the phone, they wouldn't let me.
Preferred solution: Full refund

The lady at the register was rude not friendly.

Disappointed in product purchased
I purchased a pair of your align leggings that I have multiple pairs of and I love. I wore them once and within an hour there is a snag on the leggings. I live far away from the store and its a huge inconvenience to have to go exchange them and Im incredibly disappointed that theres a snag after I wore them for about an hour.

I'm very disappointed with the poor quality of customer service at Lululemon. They made me waste my time by requesting a photo of the leggings and responded by saying the photos weren't good enough.
This went back and forth and resulted in nothing.
It's not my fault that the photos weren't able to capture the quality of the leggings and weren't up to their standards. Lululemon is a place where I have always shopped and purchased gift cards for my family, but I am no longer a customer, as this experience has been beyond disappointing.
