- Five pickup dates were missed; pants were hemmed by an outside tailor.

Bought a very nice pair of pants and all that was needed was for them to be hemmed. Purchased 12/23/2025; five target dates missed for store pickup.
Went to store in PA (01/06/2026) and purchased the same pants again because the other pair was still not back in the Delaware location, Christianna. Had them hemmed by an outside tailor the same day. 01/07/2026, 5 AM at the airport to travel to CA. Then we received an email 01/09/2026 that the pants were ready for pickup.
WTF, absolute horse crap!!! The resolution team 'Dalton' is useless. Could care less how much money we spend a year and that we were NOT happy. Refusing to give a refund of a measly $150.00.
Even on their website, they say 5-7 business days. It took 13 business days.
The Christianna store told us 5-7 tops business days. Great clothes, *** SERVICE!!!

They said someone in Canada already used it.
They refused to accommodate me in any way. I will never shop in there; not worth it overpriced clothes.

Still waiting on resolution but I must wait 3 days for claim to process. My package was lost in transit.

My order delay.
- Had to call 3 times and spoke with 3 educators.
- 3rd educator knew expediting policy; order canceled, delivery moved to Dec 29, gift card issued.
I had to call 3 different times about my order. I talked to 3 different Educators and the 3rd one I talked to was the only one that knew your policy on Expediting a package.
By then it was too late to receive my order before Christmas.
The first person I talked to was Quentin and he told me he could not reorder, that I had to reorder my item and then he cancelled my original order. I then called back due what seemed like another delay. I spoke with Jorge and he reviewed Quentin's case information and that was all he did. I then checked delivery and my order was not going to arrive until December 29th.
I called and spoke with Carlos and he said that my order should have been cancelled and the new order should have been Expedited by Quentin.
Carlos was going to try and get it to me by Christmas but unfortunately that did not happen. Carlos did send me a gift card for my trouble, but this whole situation was totally unacceptable.

Items promised not shipped

First is there anybody there? Upon ordering from the website, I was given a delivery date.
It came and went. I did not receive anything and here is where the challenge began. There is literally no one home. Quick phone call as the message was our phone are off.
Use our virtual assistant which is a service with canned messages. So how do you resolve shipping issues? I guess you don't. Meanwhile, they took the money from my account quick enough.
This is the worst company ever to deal with regarding online orders. Will never do so again. Heading to the local store and will dump this on them.
Their products are not cheap and their care of their customers is very cheap. They could take a lesson from LL Bean on customer service.

Issue was not really resolved. Wanted my order to ship next day delivery since Lululemom messed up my order by sending someone else order.
I was told they do not deliver next day?! Going through all the trouble of driving & returning the wrong item, I was offered only $30 gift card & not receiving the order I really wanted.
Im now questioning if I should still shop with the company. Also upon my return at the store the sales clerk wasnt too nice

Lululemon used Veho as the delivery partner. The package was marked as delivered, but I never received it. The proof of delivery is literally a photo of a black screen, no visible location, no signature, no human confirmation.
I reached out to Lululemon customer support asking for assistance, not even a refund, just to help me get a response from Veho or escalate the issue.
They refused to help, saying the delivery was confirmed. But I have video surveillance from my building that proves no one showed up at the time Veho claimed delivery happened.
I'm a single mother raising a baby. $400 is a significant amount for me. Lululemon's response was dismissive and lacking all empathy, and no effort was made to investigate or protect me as a customer.
Lululemon, you chose Veho. That makes you responsible.
I expect:
A formal investigation or dispute on my behalf,
A refund or store credit,
A review of your delivery partner's behavior.
Until then, I will continue sharing my story publicly because this is not acceptable from a brand that charges premium prices.
