My daughter got pants as a gift for here birthday and it was the wrong size we went to exchange or get a store credit since the size she wanted wasnt available , the store manager told us that it cant be done unless the person that purchased the it is present with the card it was originally used to purchase. In all my purchasing in 100 of different merchants I have never heard of such thing

I didn't really have a complaint. I'm not sure why I'm getting this email. All I did was call Lululemon to ask about returning an item. They were very courteous and helpful. They sent me a return address label, which I promptly put on a sack to send the item back. No problem!

Placed an order on 2-28. Order confirmation said order would be received by 3/4. Called today and no one can tell me where the order is. There response is to send replacement order which will Take 1-2 business days to process and another 5-6 days to receive. Buyer be ware if you are ordering!!

I asked for a phone call

I asked one of your stores to return my call on Friday, again yesterday and I called again today. Its in the message I left for this department. Do your educators not know how to use the phone? Am I suppose to drive 90 minutes one way to see if you have something in your store. No I dont want to see it online. I want to see the product and Im not wasting time and money if it isnt there. Answer the phone, return calls be professional. Not snobby A crowd.

The vest I purchased too thin, I dont like the quality that wasnt what I was expecting. I thought I was going to be very sick and my fluffy still seem everything and that will made it. I want to purchase something that was thicker, and seemed like it will give me more warmth. Again I wanted something thicker more peeling. Hopefully Ill be more happy with my next purchase at Lululemon

I haven’t been called back by anyone!!! Not you and not the store.

The call I got yesterday was not acceptable! It was from the store! Havent heard from you! Do you not change voice mails, reroute phones, any acceptable customer service standards. I was expecting to hear from you on Monday not random AI generated emails to see if matter is resolved.

Appalling Customer Service

Do not go near lululemon, their customer service is shocking. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address, but I am being punished for the incompetence of the Royal Mail. Nothing can be done to replace the missing items for 5 working days, and now, that has been delayed another day, due to Lululemon's further incompetence. Stay away, plenty of other great work out kit available from companies which operate far superior customer care.
